Absolutely not. At Love Vaping we have a strict policy to retail our goods through our website where we can ensure the best customer service and satisfaction. We are not affiliated with any marketplace sellers on eBay and Amazon.

Shipping

How is my order packaged?

We ship in our Love Vaping branded mailing bags that are secure and tamper proof. Our bags are distinctive and sure to give you that exciting feeling when you receive them. Find out about our delivery options here.

Can I track my order?

If you select a tracked shipping method at checkout you will receive a tracking number. On the day of shipment we’ll email you shipping confirmation that includes order tracking information. You’ll be kept informed of the transportation progress. You may also access shipping information by using the “Order Status” link in your account.

Who should I pay Duties and Taxes to?

For overseas destinations, your local customs office will contact you if you owe additional taxes and duties. For more information please see the import rules in your country.

Why don't I see a discount on the e-liquid I want to purchase?

We at Love Vaping are committed to offering high-quality e-liquid at the lowest prices available. In fact, we are so confident in our prices that we offer a price match program; if you find an advertised e-liquid of comparable volume, strength, and value, we will work to match the competitor’s price.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, no questions asked. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in their original purchase condition.

We have extended Christmas returns, too. To ensure your recipients love their Christmas gifts, orders shipped between November 15 through December 15 may be returned through January 15. Our regular 30-day return policy resumes on December 15.

What cannot be returned within 30 days?

Any e-Liquid that has been opened and tested may not be returned. Coils and Pods that have been used may not be returned. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Can I return an item that was given to me as a gift?

Yes, Love Vaping is happy to exchange it for credit within 30 days of purchase. Place the gift in its original packaging with the receipt (if available) and ship it with a carrier of your choosing. Your return can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. You pay the difference if the new value is greater than the return value. You pay for shipping to you or choose a lower value item to cover the cost of shipping.

Am I required to use Love Vaping's return shipping method?

No. You may choose any carrier you prefer, but we highly recommend that you insure the shipment – particularly on items valued at £20 or higher.

Do I pay the return shipping costs?

Yes. Shipping via Royal Mail in the original Love Vaping packaging should not cost more than £3.30.

How should I package my return for shipping?

You can return your goods in the original mailing bag they came in, resealing it using packaging tape and ensuring all original shipping labels have been removed. Alternatively, you can repackage the goods in a padded envelope or a mailing box, please ensure care is given to ensure no goods are damaged in transit. Any damaged items received will not be eligible for a refund and will be destroyed for hygiene purposes.

How long will it take Love Vaping to process my return?

On the average, about 4-5 business days from the time we received your item, enter it into our system, and pass it along to our Quality Assurance department (roughly 24 hours, Monday-Friday). For returned items, please allow an additional 2-3 days before the outbound package is shipped.

I am expecting my returned item to be replaced. How long does it take to reach me?

Please allow two weeks for a return for exchange.

Will I be notified during the returns process?

Yes. Once your package arrives at Love Vaping, it takes 1-2 business days before you receive an e-mail alerting you that your return is being processed.

When should I expect to receive my returned funds?

For U.K. Customers, allow 3-5 business days from the time of the confirmation e-mail for the funds to reach your account, from there, processing time may vary depending on your credit card company’s funds transfer policy. For international credits, allow up to 7 additional days (M-F). PayPal refunds should reach your account immediately.

Can I do a fast track on my return?

Is there a particular period when E-Liquid is cheapest to buy?

Why do nearly identical E-Liquids differ in price?

Whilst a lot of e-liquid’s seem like they are bottled with the same flavour profiles as a cheaper or more expensive alternative, each e-liquid is unique. Unique because of the source of the flavourings, the quality of VG/PG used, the manufacturing practices in the country of origination and also the manufacturing secrets of each individual e-liquid manufacturer.

Helpful hint: If you are interested in a low priced e-liquid that appears to use identical flavour profiles as a higher value alternative, add it to your basket because there is a high chance you’ll fall in love with it!

Why are the same e-liquid brands priced lower at Love Vaping than everywhere else?

It’s true, the same e-liquid brands at Love Vaping are more expensive on other websites and in stores.

How do we offer such low prices?
